Job Title: Customer Account Executive

Salary: £19,000.00 – £30,000.00 per year

Our client is looking to recruit professional people into various Customer Account roles. Successful candidates will have solid experience of working within a regulated environment supporting customers over the telephone.

As a Customer Account Executive, you will inform your customers’ journey from initial enquiry through to potential solution by being an expert in the products that we offer, ensuring that the customer’s expectations are exceeded, and focusing at all times on the fair treatment of the customer. Delivering the right outcome for the customer is paramount.

Our client will provide comprehensive product and process training to ensure you meet their high standards of regulatory compliance and quality expectation. In return you will receive a £19,000 per annum basic along with a £11,000 per annum performance bonus based on compliance and quality.

Successful applicants will be asked to attend a careers selection evening on the 28th of March, or a 1 to 1 Interview based on experience.
