You will be working within our Older Persons Services, offering person centred care and support to customers, promoting choice and independence, and empowering them to live a fulfilled and active life.

We have multiple positions on with various hours available on a permanent or relief basis:

Berryhill Village, ST2:

  • 1 x 30hr post
  • 1 x 15hr post
  • 1 x 16hr post
  • 4 x Bank (relief) posts

St Dominics Court, ST4:

  • 3 x Bank (relief) posts

Camoys Court, ST6:

  • 3 x Bank (relief) posts

You will be responsible for assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support the customer’s health and wellbeing. Every customer is different and some might need more care than others. Therefore, this role will include the possibility of delivering personal care.

It goes without saying that you’ll be a people person, with the passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people. You’ll be able to demonstrate empathy whilst enabling people to maximise their independence.
