As a full time Accounts Clerk for this printing company, you will be providing support to the Accountant and Managing Director.
Key duties of the role include:
- Support with both purchase and sales ledger
- Sage Payroll
- Supplier reconciliations and resolve queries
- Supplier Payments
- Expense claims
- Petty cash
- Assist in preparation of month end accruals and pre-payments
- Assist with year end statutory accounts and balance reconciliations
- Time sheet entry/analysis
- Accurate coding of invoices
- Efficient payment of suppliers
- Efficient and accurate provision of monthly stock figures
- General administration
The successful candidate will have good attention to detail and past experience in an office environment.
You will possess, or be working towards, an AAT qualification, Level 1 or 2 and have Sage payroll experience.
You will have strong organisation skills and be able to multitask efficiently.
In addition to this you will be numerate with a good level of computer and keyboard skills and be able to communicate confidently with a wide range of individuals on a daily basis.
You will be joining a small team so you need to be the type of person who can mix well with people and have a flexible approach.
This is a full time position, hours 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday
