It’s an exciting time for our client, they have launched their new Corporate strategy, growing their organisation and working tirelessly towards solving the housing crisis.

They are currently seeking a Customer Experience Team Leader to lead the team to ensure the provision of a professional customer experience to their customers through all interactions with our client whether digital, in person or by telephone by providing efficient and effective business support.

You will manage a high performing, motivated and valued team through effective performance management, coaching and development. You will continually seek to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience provided both in terms of digital, telephone or reception services. Additionally, you will coordinate an effective and timely response of required actions via webchat, emails or CRM/Workflows working in collaboration with operational teams.

Their ideal candidate will have team leadership experience, passion for great customer service, the ability to build rapport and good communication skills. You must have previous experience of telephone or digital customer service and experience of working in a customer facing front of house environment. It is essential that you are flexible as occasionally you may work evenings/weekends.
