This multi-discipline supplier of medical equipment and consumables to healthcare professionals throughout the UK is looking for a talented and ambitious individual to manage and develop the companies E-Commerce and digital marketing function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the company website and developing a social media and online marketing strategy.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Day to day website management including CMS content upload and amends.
- Working closely with the sales team on promotions and special offers.
- Monitoring analytics, trends and pricing to maximise sales and website useability.
- Management and development of company social media prescence.
- Email Marketing: Design, coding and testing.

Additionally you will be involved in customer contact in person, by phone and email, plus involvement in tasks to aid the smooth running of their busy team.

To be suitable for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:

- Experience of writing e-commerce product content, adding images, descriptions, pricing and codes.
- High level of proficiency in Photoshop and of a content management system such as Magento is essential.
- A knowledge of web analytics and conversion rate optimization.
- An excellent understanding of search engine optimisation skills.
- Understanding and implementing a website user experience strategy to create effective sales channels.
- Excellent spelling and grammar and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence to communicate at all levels.
- Sound decision making skills and the ability to plan and prioritise workload.
- Self motivated, pro-active and enthusiastic individual who can work alone or as part of a team to meet deadlines and project objectives.
- Creative flair.
- Knowledge of Sage Line50 and Adobe InDesign would be advantageous.
