Our Public Sector client is seeking an Administrator to work Monday to Friday on a temporary, full-time basis. The rate of pay is £7 an hour, rising to £9 after a period of 12 weeks.
The successful applicant will have a shown administration background with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
The role will include, but will not be restricted to;
Providing administration support within the unit
Maintaining and updating databases
Working to complete paperwork within specified timescales
Processing and checking paperwork
Handing confidential information
Answering and responding to telephone and email queries
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and is flexible and reliable.
This role will require you to work in the offices outside of prison grounds, due to this you will need to complete the security vetting process undertaken by the prsion, this can take 2-8 weeks to complete. You will also need to be able to register with Brook Street in Peterborough should you be successful and offered the position so we can complete the necessary documentation.
Please note: You will need to have a valid passport or a long birth certificate supported but this will need to be supported with another photographic I (Drivers Licence) to be considered for the position.
The rate of pay is £7 an hour for the first 12 weeks, rising to £9 thereafter. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme is available.
