Learning & Development Officer - Loughborough College

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to provide our employees with a full lifecycle L&D support service. You will be responsible for everything from training needs analysis, through to delivery and evaluation of learning and development activities and everything in between.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will possess a relevant learning and development qualification and will have significant experience in developing learning materials, training delivery and co-ordinating wide-ranging development activities.

A natural communicator, you will have experience of managing multiple projects and stakeholders and be able to demonstrate the organisational skills and agility required to do so successfully.
