The founding Director has established this boutique practice in Hampstead Heath - tapping his creative style from his earlier day's at established Architectural firms David Chipperfield and Haworth Tompkins.

Should you be experienced in all the RIBA Stages of Works (0-7) and confident in front of Client's and liasing with consultants then this immediate role - could be the responsibility your career could use. The practice is carving a niche in the private residential market focusing on luxury properties, a great opportunity to really get to know and work with your clients.

Let's see if you match the following requirements:

• Vectorworks - 2D (must) 3D (desirable)
• Sketchup 3D (must)
• Proven Project running experience - RIBA Stages 0-7
• Either RIBA Part 2 (Experience) and/or RIBA Part 3 (Qualified)

If you are still able to say you have all the above, you could be apart of this fantastic period of growth for an up and coming Design focused practice. The right calibre of candidate will be compensated an annual salary of GBP27,000 to GBP35,000.
