Your new company
A growing residential practice producing excellent quality bespoke housing and residential developments plans. They have worked with local and national house builders for over 30 years, along with working closely with planning authorities to ensure project run without delay.

Your new role
You will be responsible for producing detailed working drawings using AutoCAD that comply with building regulations. You will work alongside designers to produce layouts, elevations and detailed technical drawings to a deadline.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be proficient in the use of AutoCAD to produce detailed technical drawing. You will have knowledge of UK building regulations and previous experience in a residential background.

What you'll get in return
As a successful candidate you will receive a generous salary of between GBP24,000 - GBP28,000 depending on experience. You will also gain valuable experience working on residential projects with experience architects and technicians.
