Building Services Engineer

We are currently working with an established Facilities Management organisation, based in London. Having won several new high profile contracts, they are continuing to experience impressive growth. This leading organisation is going from strength to strength and is one of the fastest growing companies in its sector. An experienced Building Services Engineer is required to join their highly skilled team.

Your new role
As a Building Services Engineer you will responsible for routine reactive maintenance, as well cover for planned preventative maintenance tasks across all buildings within the site. You will demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative and will be required to have a very good understanding of electrical fault finding. This is a Mon-Fri 0hrs role based in Watford.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this hands-on opportunity, you will have strong background within maintenance and engineering. 17th Edition and a recognised engineering apprenticeship/qualification within building services environment would be an advantage. You will have experience leading or participating in lean initiatives as well as strong organisational and time management skills. An excellent communicator, both written and verbally, you will be confident working with stakeholders across the site, responding positively and proactively to change.
