Duties and Responsibilities
NHS National Services Scotland (NSS), Programme Management Services (PgMS) is looking for experienced and qualified programme management professionals to meet our current and emerging commitments to support strategic and operational modernisation initiatives across Health and the wider Public Sector in Scotland.
PgMS provides portfolio programme and project delivery support to NSS, other Special Health Boards, Scottish Government Health and Social Care Directorates and wider Public Sector organisations in Scotland across a substantial and diverse portfolio of programmes and projects delivering strategic change, establishing new responsibilities or services, and developing and promoting new ways of working. PgMS leads and advises on programmes and projects and provides consultancy and support on the use of portfolio, programme and project management techniques.
You should be a suitably qualified applicant with proven experience of programme and project management. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. Candidates should be confident, articulate and self motivated
