Project Manager - Fit Out - Glasgow - GBP50,000 to GBP60,000

Your new company
The UK leader in Grade A Office Fit Out are looking to appoint a project manager to their Glasgow business. The company has a reputation of delivering some of the most prestigious office fit outs in the UK and work with a range of blue chip clients. Current clients range from global financial institutions, major public sector bodies and some of the worlds largest pharmaceutical organisations. Projects can range anywhere from GBP100,000 to GBP10 million.

Your new role
You will be one of three PMs and will be reporting directly into the contracts manager. You will either be running a range of concurrent projects or tackling one of the larger multi million pound projects. The majority of the companies work is Glasgow City centre but there will be occasional travel depending on the sites.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience in delivering fast track office fit outs and ideally will have worked on Grade A level projects. You must be able to converse daily with clients whilst also managing a range of sub contractors. As with the fit out market you will be targeted with tight time-frames and the company pride themselves of the level of service they provide to their clients so quality control will be paramount.
