Supervisor

The Role

To assist in the management of Seaford Head Swimming Pool by supervising and undertaking all functions involved in the running of the pool including pool duties, staff breaks, water testing, pool plant, cleaning, reception and administration.

The Candidate

• You will need exceptional customer service skills
• You will need experience in supervising others
• You will need exceptional organisational skills and be able to delegate
• You will need excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating diplomacy and tact
• You will need to be able to work with minimal supervision but also as part of a team
• You will need to be able to work flexibly and to attend work in evenings and weekends as and when
