Qualifications Telco industry experience Through understanding of OSS/BSS architecture, data models and vendors Experience and knowledge of optimizing customer experience, NPS, calldeflection Experience of working within B2B and B2C in Telcos It would be beneficial to have experience and knowledge of ERPalongside CRM Having good understanding of TMF standards (eTOM, TAM, SID) Engagement / Stakeholder management Proven Technical and Functional Leadeship Successfully demonstrated leadership in 5+ CRM for enterprise classcustomers Excellent Communication (up / down/ peers) Proven track level in business domain & technical conversation Holistic solution, design and architecture Proven experience in presales and closing Previous track record delivering the full project life cycle Core accountabilities Overall technical responsibility for Project Delivery Scope development and management Work with Project Manager to resolve any project Issues Assist Project Manager to minimize project risks Oversee deliverables from partner, subcontractor and MS resources Lead daily scrums Engage with CXO's to deliver workshops and /or POCs Contribute to Microsoft internal reporting, work orders andamendments Develop Technical Quality plan standards and test procedures Facilitate peer reviews IP Reuse and creation The successful candidate will have a BS/BA degree, or equivalent workexperience with 5+ CRM large scale enterprise, global CRM solutions(such as Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce.com etc.) in multipleindustries. The job will require frequent travel (65% +). Fluent English verbal andwritten communications skills are a must, and fluency in anotherlanguage (such as Arabic, French, German, Italian, Russian, Spanish, orothers) is preferred but not essential. Responsibilities The Solution Architect assists with the identification, pursuit andclosure of strategic business development activities whilst continuingto be responsible for the architecture of existing projects. They willassist in identifying and creatively solving complex customer problems,envisioning and enabling critical processes, and fundamentally helpingthe customer to achieve their objectives. Solution Architects must be effective in fostering executive levelrelationships. They also play a key role in employing, leveragingpartners and off- and near-shore team as part of the overall Microsoftservices delivery model The Solution Architect must apply advanced analysis skills andexperience in principals of Dynamics CRM Solution to provide detailedreliable options and estimates for service implementations. They musthave current and deep experience with implementation of large CRMproducts and an understanding of competitor technologies. To be effective the Solution Architect requires a proven successfulbackground in managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resourceprojects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Therole requires an individual who is resourceful, confident underpressure, and has demonstrated skill in both crisis management andexpectation management. Solution Architects are able to delivereffective strategic presentations to audiences of all sizes and possessexcellent communication skills.
