Commercial and Residential Sectors
Due to winning new landmark projects, my client has opportunities within their Commercial and Residential sectors based in London. As such they are seeking Chartered and Associate level Quantity Surveyors for varied and substantial Cost Management programs.
You will be managing multi-million projects, working with signature architects in multiple sectors offering you a variety of project types and sizes within the Residential and Commercial sectors.
You will be responsible for a range of pre and post contract surveying duties. They are looking for applicants with an appreciation of quality and innovative design, who pride themselves on providing a professional first class service.
You will have excellent communication skills, and a professional client-facing manner, and be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritize own work.
You will a have a proven track record of working on major projects - managing all stages of the contract, as well as experience in managing and leading teams.
