HR Generalist

Are you looking to add value at the most fundamental level within an HR Function. We are looking for an HR Generalist to join the team and have a focus within Europe.

You Will Have:

* Be able to work comfortably within UK employment law and also German
* A solid HR background, through an employees full lifecycle and everythign that entails
* Have worked in a very fast paced team where your continued drive and initiative are put to great use
* The ability to hit the ground running and pride yourself on being able to create strong stakeholder relationships

Desired skills and experience:

* Confidence to coach line managers through policies and procedures
* In-depth knowledge of employment law
* Strong organisation and communication - both written and verbal
* Ability to multi-task and understand different departments needs and demands
* Attention to detail
* Experience using Excel as well as a HRIS
* Enjoy working in a team environment
* Fluent German Speaker
