Salary: Fixed Point Salary (£22,000 - £23,500)

Our client is one of the largest registered providers of social housing based solely in the North West of England with 35,000 homes across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside and Lancashire.
They currently comprise of five member organisations committed to the regeneration and sustainability of their region; united by a common purpose – to make a positive difference in the communities they serve
As part of a continued focus on developing and shaping their customer services and supporting their People strategy, they are looking for a HR Service Specialist (two posts) to join their People Team.
Reporting to the HR Service Team Leader, you will deliver an effective & customer focussed proactive HR service for day to day operations, providing first line advice and support on initial HR policy and process queries and handling general HR Administration including generic HR, Training and Recruitment and monthly payroll duties.
Ensuring a high-quality experience is delivered at all times to customers, you will provide accurate and up to date information in line with company processes, procedures and agreed standards, acting as the first point of contact for all initial HR contact and manage and direct all HR email, post and telephone activity effectively within the HR Team.
You will be an ambassador for customer service at Onward, providing customers with prompt, professional and accurate information, delivered in a timely, consistent and efficient manner, maintain all employee records, computerised and manual, ensuring attention to detail and confidentiality at all times and in line with GDPR requirements.
It is essential you have experience of working in a service environment in HR, with a strong emphasis on great customer service. You should have a broad range of range of administration experience, with the ability to work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail. Good oral and written communications are essential alongside working towards or attained CPP and/or equivalent experience.
