Our client is one of the largest registered providers of social housing based solely in the North West of England with 35,000 homes across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside and Lancashire.

As part of a continued focus on developing and shaping their customer services and supporting their People strategy, they are looking for a HR Business Partner - Recruitment (one post) to join our People Team.
Reporting to the Head of People, you will deliver an effective & customer focussed HR Advisory service, underpinned by a suite of HR Policies and with portfolio responsibility for Recruitment as your specialism. You will develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including staff representatives across the business; providing HR solutions to support the delivery of business plans and objectives. Working in partnership with Senior Managers you will advise and undertaking complex employee relations casework, support and undertake change projects and initiatives, taking the lead as required. You will monitor management information across a range of performance indicators, proactively highlighting any trends in performance and/or behaviours across the business, providing proposed solutions to mitigate risk.
As your specialism of recruitment, you will work with the Head of People to support the development and implementation of an effective resource planning and recruitment strategy; identifying and delivering a range of appropriate recruitment options to meet the needs of the business. You will undertake a full analysis of recruitment requirements, ensuring all campaigns are evaluated addressing any issues that may arise effectively, whilst developing and maintaining effective recruitment tools for use across the business. You will oversee the development and commissioning of recruitment campaigns, including direct & agency recruitment, managing external providers to ensure good value for money.
It is essential you have significant experience of working in HR with experience of working in a shared service, multi-site and disciplinary environment, with a strong emphasis on great customer service and handling complex employee relations matters. You should have excellent working knowledge of Employment Law and best practice with experience of developing and executing effective resource plans and working within PSL’s. You should have excellent oral and written communications. It is essential you are CIPD Qualified or equivalent experience.
