Brook Street are recruiting for an administration assistant for our public sector client to provide temporary support to the busy team
Our client is part of the MOJ and offers a great working environment and are based in the city centre on excellent public transport links.
This is a temporary role and is working full time 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. The assignment is expected to run until mid October 2018 with the possibility of being extended.
Duties may include but not be limited to
Dealing with customers by phone and arranging appointments
Producing letters and notices for service on parties and updating an in-house casemanagement system.
Filing, including the transfer of files between different office locations in Nottingham
General ad hoc office duties
Ideal candidates will have some admin experience and wanting to progress within an office environment, you will be a team player and have a good work ethic
Our client requires the following
Experience in using Microsoft Office and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Ability to follow instruction and work to deadlines
The pay rate is £7 per hour for the first 12 weeks worked rising to £7 thereafter. Benefits include holiday pay and pension scheme, city centre location on excellent transport links
