Ecolab have fantastic opportunities for 4 candidates to join the Supply Chain Graduate Scheme based in the Northwich. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary.

What to expect from our Supply Chain Graduate Scheme?

We're offering the opportunity to join our rotation program. From day one you will be exposed to making a difference in real life situations, projects and jobs. We'll give you an experience of working across the whole range of disciplines within our Supply Chain, including manufacturing, logistics, planning, lean and engineering.

We will support you as you embark on your journey with Ecolab whilst giving you space to grow and learn at your own pace, with a mixture of on-the-job training and externally recognised qualifications.

You will get exposure to a mixture of technical and specialist roles, project management and leadership positions. At the end of the four 9 month rotations, you will be destined for a management level position within our European Supply Chain, with all the local and international opportunities this allows.

What you’ll need for our Supply Chain Graduate Scheme?

- Graduate degree in an Engineering or a Scientific discipline; or equivalent experience

- Desire to grow and develop your expertise across a wide range of disciplines within a cross-border supply chain team.

- Fluency in English

- Knowledge of another European language beneficial

- Self-drive and motivation to grow and develop

- Excellent communication and presentation skills and cultural sensitivity
