Red Flag Recruitment LTD are recruiting for an enthusiastic candidate to engage with customers and serve as a primary contact and first impression for a company based in Brighton, Sussex.
This is a full-time position and is for an immediate start
The Role -
You will be handling claims regarding accident claims and personal injury claims as a result of a road traffic accident and even property damage due to collisions.
You will be sourcing details regarding the incident to establish if the customer is eligible to make a claim and then guiding them through the process and supporting them through the whole claims process.
Full training is provided
Requirements -
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experienced in telesales is preferred
- A passion for customer service
- Empathy and understanding
- A professional attitude
Working Days: Monday to Friday (No Weekends and Immediate start!)
Hours: 10.00am - 6.00pm
Pay: GBP7.70/hr + Uncapped commission + Staff Incentives
