£8.50 – £9.50 per hour

Our client is recruiting on behalf of an innovative charity that saves furniture destined for the landfill, gives them some much needed TLC and provides them at a low cost to those in need. Now, they’re looking for a Driver to join their team on a part time basis. 

As a Driver, you’ll carry out daily deliveries and collections of furniture throughout Bristol and the surrounding area. 

Carrying out all activities in a safe manner, you will: 

- Supervise a Driver’s Mate 
- Deliver a high-quality service to customers 
- Carry out daily vehicle checks 
- Ensure items are carried and loaded onto vehicles safely 
- Act as an ambassador for the charity 

Interested? To be considered as a Driver, you’ll need:   

- Good geographical knowledge of Bristol and the surrounding area 
- A clean driving licence 
- The ability to plan routes using electronic devices and systems 
- A positive attitude 
- The ability to deal with a range of people and situations with tact and diplomacy 

Due to insurance requirements, the successful candidate will also need to be at least 25 years of age. 

Please note, this is a part time role, working Wednesday – Friday, 8:00 – 16:00.
