This company is one of the UK's leading Chartered Insurance Brokers, ranked in the country's top 25 and employing over 1100 insurance, claims and risk management specialists along with customer service and support staff.

They are looking for a Personal Line Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and expanding Personal Lines Division in their Retford Office.

Ideal candidates would be an enthusiastic individual who possesses strong numeracy and literacy skills, IT knowledge and be a good verbal communicator / negotiator who's comfortable speaking on the telephone to clients and insurance companies.

The successful candidate would be provided with full on the job training with the role including ongoing service to clients, handling of new business enquiries and renewals, responsibility of administration work associated with the role inclusive of processing work and screen records.

Ongoing development would be managed through in-house training and mentoring from colleagues as well as the potential to sit professional qualifications relevant to the role, with a view to the successful individual becoming a qualified insurance specialist.

This role would suit someone who is wishing to start a career in insurance and looking for their first their position in a secure, expanding business.
