Development Officer (Delivery)

£34,918 per annum plus benefits package, inclusive of car allowance

Based in Chelmsford, we are a leading provider of quality and affordable housing across Essex.

In this role, you will assist with the delivery of new housing on time and within budget, ensuring that all property handovers are managed effectively and new scheme information is communicated throughout the organisation.

You should have worked in an office environment and have excellent IT and communication skills, as well as problem solving capability and a proven track record of project management. Good understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements within the housing association sector would be advantageous.

Some out-of-hours working may be required and you will need access to a vehicle for work purposes. A car allowance of £1,056 per annum will be paid in addition to the annual salary. A business mileage rate for duties relating to CHP business will also be applied.
