Construction, Quality and Aftercare Manager

£48,103 per annum plus benefits package, inclusive of car allowance

Based in Chelmsford, we are a leading provider of quality and affordable housing across Essex.

In this role you will ensure that all new homes are constructed to the appropriate standards, providing an effective and customer-focused after-care service to new residents. You will be a construction expert with exceptional customer care skills.

Using your skills and knowledge of the building industry, you will provide the CHP Group with expert technical advice, in respect of its new build programme and ensure effective quality control and compliance with all construction related matters.

Having managed a small team and with a proven track record in defects resolution, you will lead on all aspects of the defects management process using your excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

A car allowance of £1,056 per annum will be paid in addition to the annual salary. A business mileage rate for duties relating to CHP business will also be applied.
