Interim Head of HR / Lead People Operations Manager lead an HR Advisory, Resourcing & Reward function.

Were seeking an HR professional who has experience of leading HR Advisory, Resourcing and reward functions.

Your new role
Working across the Organisation, you will provide strategic HR guidance. Strong on influencing key stakeholders, you will work with colleagues on a number of initiatives, including developing new ways of working and models, driving higher performance and productivity and influencing culture. In addition to this you will also be responsible for leading a number of key functions and projects to deliver the operational plan: Reward; Resourcing and Advisory. You will have a strong background in organisational change e.g. TUPE, reorganisations and job design. You will be CIPD qualified with a relevant degree or professional qualification. You will also need strategic HR or OD management experience together with a broad HR background.

* Chartered Member of CIPD.
* Educated to Master level, desirable
* Significant demonstrable experience leading on more than one specialist HR discipline at a senior HR management level.
* Extensive demonstrable experience of developing, leading and maintaining a high performing multi-functional teams of HR professionals, delivering complex employment relations support, Reward and job evaluation and operational resourcing in its broadest context.
* Extensive experience of leading on organisational change such as changes to terms and conditions of employment and restructures (TUPE would be desirable).
* Broad up-to-date knowledge and organisational application of employment law and other statutory regulations that impact operational HR such as Data Protection and Health and Safety.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuading and negotiation skills, with a genuine ability to be a team player and be proactive in bringing forward solutions.
* Experience of managing budgets

This is an interim assignment for a period before appointing a permanent individual
