Shared Services HR FTC Coordinator job for 6 Months paying GBP22,000p/a

You will be working for a Healthcare charity located in Kings Cross.

Your new role
As Shared Services HR Coordinator you will be responsible for providing operational HR administration to support employees and line managers across the organisation. This will include supporting with the entire employee life cycle including recruitment, and on boarding. You will also have the responsibly for advising managers on a day to day queries. You will be working very closely, and will report directly into a HR Business Partner who you will support with Employee Relation cases. Please note that you will be covering a secondment and therefore be on a 6 month FTC. To apply for this role, you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period. The salary for this role is GBP22,000 p/a.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in a HR Shared services environment is essential for this role. You will also demonstrate good experience working with HRIS and payroll systems including iTrent. Additionally, you will display working knowledge of policies and procedures. As an individual you will be very organised and meticulous, this should be displayed in your ability to produce accurate administrative support.
