You will be involved in thedelivery of end to end business critical assignments.This is a key role and you will play a major part in delivering changewithin Aviva Health.As a Senior Business Analyst you'll be expected to work as part of ateam who design, develop, deliver and support effective customer andbusiness solutions. Amongst other tasks you'll play a leading role in: Pipeline analysis clearly articulating options and impacts to people, process and systems. Contributing to production of solution option and designs Utilise a variety of elicitation techniques to support creation and understanding of features, epics and user Stories that will be delivered to help our customers unlock benefits Leading refinement sessions, story mapping and estimating for your Feature Team. Create BA artefacts to aid understanding and build consensus e.g. process maps, impact mapping and benefit mapping etc. Working collaboratively to build and maintain relationships with our Business leads, Product Owners and other key stakeholders to prioritise backlogs and ensure effective change management. Participate in the wider CIO agenda, help promote Agile and make the team a success Engaging with Security, Service and release management in a timely manner in order to deliver safe change that will not disrupt BAU Driving best practice within the Health BA & wider UKI BA community Identify, manage impediments and dependencies Motivate, coach and mentor people to drive productivity. Provide internal and external communications that are both clear and transparent.Skills and Experience required: Proven experience of process / business analysis ideally in a financial services organisation utilising a variety to business analysis techniques Experienced in delivering change using Agile methodologies, especially in a distributed model Worked collaboratively with you Scrum, Project team and the business, championing best practice and driving continuous improvement Ability to deal with ambiguity and able to drive conversations to lead to agreeing minimal viable proposition (MVP) with the Product Owner Strong facilitation skills at a business and senior level Process mapping and re-engineering driving continuous improvement Ideally experience applying lean / six-sigma or System Thinking methodologies Ability to travel on a frequent basis Strong in evolving business designs Experienced in third party engagement and management Experienced in Test preparation and support Ideally having driven analysis for RFI & RFP's.Soft Skills & Competencies: Strong stakeholder management experience and managing relationships with the organisation at all levels. Leadership skills - the ability to get things done through others and by inspiring people within the team. Putting the customer at the heart of what we do and our thinking. Being innovative to solve problems and overcome issues.Qualifications: Educated to minimum of 'A' Level standard.
