Our client, an expanding group of Ofsted "Good" rated Nurseries are looking to recruit a Nursery Manager at their brand new Nursery setting in Stoneleigh, Surrey.

Work should be fun and we are looking for individuals who share that philosophy whilst providing children under 5 with a 'Sound Foundation' for life.

Your role as a Nursery Manager will include:

•Delivering outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS

•Guiding team members on effective parent communication and parental partnerships

•Ensuring all aspects of the nursery operation are compliant with Ofsted and Human Resources

•Ensuring that each child's wellbeing is met and that they thrive in a safe environment

•Safeguarding all children in our care

The ideal candidate will have:

•Strong leadership skills

•A proven record of Management/leadership experience

•Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage

•Strong people skills with the ability to listen, support and guide colleagues

Salary GBP28,000 - GBP31,000 depending on experience.
