I am currently recruiting for Customer support advisor to join a market leading company in supply chain technologies, field service logistics, technical services and Smart Box solutions. Joining a vibrant and tenacious team, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of service support both internally and external.

Your main responsibilities will involve:

*Dealing with telephone calls in a polite and friendly manner
*Completion of all reports and administrative work on time
*Achieve all KPI's set out by the Customer service manager
*Attend regular meetings and provide positive contribution
*Compiling reports on Excel

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in the following:
*Customer service role
*Call centre experience
*Experience in a KPI driven role
*Administration
