The job role will include inputting simple data onto computer system, post opening and sending out, answering public counter and telephone, filing, taking files into court room/offices within building, scanning documents, photocopying Use of microsoft word, excel, adobe required. Good customer service skills, on the job training given, accuracy, punctuality, willingness to be flexible and adapt to different type of work, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, positive attitdue, low sickness record, positive can do attitude, must be able to work as part of a team and use own initative, must be able to work with minimum supervision.
