Senior HR Business Partner

A Housing Association in South West London are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join them for a 12 month maternity cover.

The role will be busy, within a fast paced environment working with a progressive Senior Leadership Team who are focused on continuous improvement. Reporting into the Head of HR alongside another HRBP, you will be providing strategic and operational advice and support to all levels of management and will manage a team of two administrators.

You will have the opportunity to lead the way for new ideas, innovate and improve services and work on exciting projects. Whilst demonstrating a problem solving approach you will work collaboratively with people to make things better and inspire others with your drive for excellence.

You will have an analytical eye and aptitude for using data to drive improve business performance.
