Role Description: The Account Executive drives the customer relationship, and we arelooking for an exceptional individual to grow our team. We are seekingan experienced, quota carrying sales performer who is looking to focustheir skills to drive the effective use of technology for socialbenefit. The Account Executive is responsible for energeticallychampioning Salesforce's solutions to named Non-profit Organizations.Additionally, this role is responsible for the acquisition of newcustomers within the assigned territory. Responsibilities: - Development of a strategic sales plan to effectively and efficientlycover the accounts within the assigned territory. - Exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunitiesand selling Salesforce solutions into the assigned non-profit accounts - You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery againstkey performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales,while expanding existing accounts. - Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, emailcampaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence. - Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement. - Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriateresources such as Solutions Engineers, Business Development Reps,Executives, Partners etc. - Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-termperspective to maximize overall revenue generation. - Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.Required Skills/Experience: - Track record of success (6+ years) in CRM or related businessapplication sales (Large, Enterprise experience required - non-profit a plus). - Knowledge of and passion for SaaS applications - Strong technical background. - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with web based conferencing tools such as Go-To-Meeting,WebEx, etc. - Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment. - A passion for Non-profit work. - Bachelors Degree highly preferred. - Current full driving license.*LI-Y Posting StatementSalesforce.com and Salesforce.org are Equal Employment Opportunity andAffirmative Action Employers.
