A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a lead machinist within a leading local timber specialists.
You will have a sound experience within the timber industry and you will be tasked with operating machinery, ensuring quality standards are met, whilst keeping waste to a minimum.
You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the machines. Experience with machines such as Weinig 5 header moulder 6 cutter moulders, rip saw and cross cut is advantageous; your ability and manner are as equally important. Machine specific training can be given to the right candidate.
Working on a 4 on 4 off shift system on days
GBP28 -30k per annum depending on experience.
