Description
As the Chartered Building Surveyor you will work with clients throughout London and the Southeast providing technical due diligence, project management/contract administration, dilapidation's and party wall services across a range of building types.
Profile
The Chartered Building Surveyor will have:
Strong communication and influence ability
A high level of technical ability
Strong building pathology experience.
Dilapidation experience.
Party Wall advisory knowledge.
MRICS - essential
Job Offer
Chartered Building Surveyor offer:
Basic salary of GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 + Very good bonus potential
