Senior Programme Support Officer - Regeneration Team - 12m FTC.

Already home to over 120,000 passionate and proud residents - many young, creative and entrepreneurial - Tottenham is seeing the benefit of a GBP1bn+ public and private investment programme that is already transforming the area.A strong partnership between Haringey Council, the Mayor of London, Transport for London and the private sector is committed to the delivery of at least 10,000 new homes and more than 5,000 new jobs by 2025. The Tottenham Regeneration Programme is working to deliver the local communities' aspirations for the area, captured in the Tottenham Strategic Regeneration Framework and accompanying Delivery Plan.

The Tottenham Housing Zone is a pivotal part of delivering on these aspirations. It is the first and largest Housing Zone in London, and brings substantial resources to bear to deliver key place-making investments and to bring forward a substantial volume of new, quality homes of different sizes and tenures with a view to creating a truly sustainable, mixed community. As the Housing Zone moves towards delivery, it is at a new and exciting stage and this role will be essential in supporting it to deliver on its ambitions.This is a one-year fixed term post.

Your new role

You will have knowledge of housing, regeneration or development programmes.You will have a proven track record and experience of programme support - effective document control, record keeping and work scheduling as well as liaison with external stakeholders and professionals to elicit information in the required format.You will have a programme and/or project management qualification or substantial experience of operating in a programme or project in a partnership environment.Experience of assembling and issuing grant claims to funding bodies is an advantage, but not a requirement.
