Kitchen Assistant

This is an opportunity to work for a popular fish and chip shop and kebab shop which is reopening its doors after a complete refurbishment. The company's fish and chips are popular with customers who travel some distance to buy them as they are exceptional.

They are looking for enthusiastic staff to work for them with flexible working hours. As the business expands, there are excellent career progression opportunities.

Duties will include:
- assisting in the preparation of food in the kitchen to meet orders
- assisting in the running of the shop when not preparing food
- liaising with sales and delivery staff to ensure food is cooked in a timely manner

Candidates must be presentable, look smart and welcoming and have a basic grasp of the English Language.

A willingness to learn and to show enthusiasm together with being likeable are overriding qualities.
