The client is in the transport industry and has grown over the years whilst establishing their place in the transport industry.
You will be a friendly and welcoming individual who is the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries to the organisation, ensuring all calls and messages are forwarded to the appropropriate person. The role will also include administration duties such as the administration of meetings and training events, post room duties when required, office filing and copying, faxing and scanning of documents, training course paperwork, preparation of membership packs, applications and decisions as directed.
You will be smart and presentable, approachable and friendly, with an excellent telephone manner and communications skills, be able to manage your time well, self-motivated and proactive with good IT and switchboard skills.
The role offers you Monday to Friday working hours.
