As a leading technology provider, our client uses the latest technologies to manage and maintain their customers IT systems. Operating at the forefront of their industry, they work very closely with a range of schools and colleges. 

They are now looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Leatherhead on a part time basis working 22.5 hours per week.

As an Office Administrator, you will be tasked with organising and co-ordinating office operations and procedures. 

Reporting to the Financial Director, you will work closely with Heads of Department and will handle a wide range of administrative, accounting, purchasing and client related tasks. 

Specifically, your role will involve: 

- Supporting purchasing activities 
- Communicating with both IT Engineers and clients to administer and schedule visits 
- Processing licensing renewals for clients in collaboration with the Sales and Engineering Departments 
- Preparing invoices for reoccurring contracts 
- Administering purchasing invoices and expense claims 
- Maintaining time sheet records

- Previous experience in an office administration role 
- Experience in handling a wide range of administration, accounting, purchasing and client related tasks 

Organised and highly professional, as an Office Administrator, you will need to be flexible, able to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are also key.
