Operations Manager (Insurance)
Location: West Malling
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependant on experience)
Do you have commercial operations experience and enjoy working in a customer-focused environment?
We are currently recruiting for an experienced forward-thinking Operations Manager to manage relationships across the business and work with Business Transformation to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, to a high quality standard and to ensure ROI projections are met. Furthermore, you will be developing operational business plans, driving change to ensure customer centric performance improvements are made, embracing digital transformation and ensuring that processes are developed, documented and maintained.
