What will you bring?

You will bring existing experience with Ecommerce, chip and pin or other real time payments. However, exceptional candidates from other software or service industries will be considered for the role. Full product training and guidance will be provided where the applicant might not have prior procedural experience. It is expected that the candidate has a minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Business Development Manager within a similar industry.

You will become part of a successful and driven sales team. Create your own opportunities and manage existing client accounts, no two days will be the same!

The ideal candidate will have:

?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.

?? The drive and ambition to succeed within the payments industry

?? Excellent communication skills

?? Strong closing skills

?? Excellent telephone manner

?? 3+ years' experience within a similar role

?? Payments industry experience in Ecommerce, PDQ, unattended payment devices, or other real time payments an advantage

?? Account management experience

?? Experience with full sales cycle

?? Meticulous multitasking skills

?? Right to work within the UK

?? Must be self-motivated and able to self-manage.

?? Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office package

?? University degree in Business/Sales/Management - preferred but not mandatory.

Your day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

?? Manage and build relationships with senior business leaders

?? Liaising with potential customers on their payments requirements

?? Assisting customers with queries

?? Source and maintain partner relationships

?? Partnership management

?? Account management

?? New business cold calling

?? RFP experience

?? Negotiate for partners to achieve correct outcomes for the customer merchant and their banking partners

?? Manage the growing portfolio of partner relationships

?? Push expansion into Europe for partnership and new business.
