Store Manager - GBP22k-GBP26k+Bonus - Bristol

A leading Mobile Phone Network with an excellent reputation is looking to expand their tight knit team with the addition of a dynamic Store Manager. Working from there Bristol location you will be selling to members of the public and occasionally to businesses.

As a Motivated Store Manager you will be:

• Opening and Closing the Store
• Training, Motivating and Mentoring your Sales Team
• Setting KPI's and ensuring they are met
• Recruiting new members of staff for the team

For this role as a vibrant Store Manager you will ideally have:

• 1+ Year of Store Manager Experience within Telecommunication
• Having Experience within Furniture Sales, Car Sales or any other Target Based Sales would also be advantageous
• Motivating personality
• Excellent organisational skills

As the successful Store Manager you will receive an industry leading package that will consist of:

• GBP22,000-GBP26,000 Basic Salary
• Uncapped Commission

• Full Sales, Product and System Training
