We are seeking brilliant Senior Project Managers to help us achieve our ambitions. It's a great opportunity to be part of a team with big plans to drive and manage effective change to help us build a better bank. It's an incredibly diverse role and no day is the same. To be considered you'll have extensive experience of delivering challenging projects using various project management methodologies. With strong stakeholder management skills you will have successfully led disparate virtual teams often geographically dispersed and you will have the confidence to hit the ground running as well as the resilience to stimulate debate and challenge proposals to ensure best outcomes are achieved

You will ideally have experience of either; managing complex IT projects across a diverse range of platforms and technology with a good understanding of both the software lifecycle as well as what it takes to deliver secure and resilient 24x7 infrastructure project, or managing business change with multiple stakeholders across a complex business structure.

As an engaging individual you'll need to be a strong planner (demonstrating extensive use of MSP), problem solver and deliver pragmatically as you support a number of programmes across the business. The ability to deal with ambiguity and a natural flair for building relationships and gravitas will enable you to work effectively with senior stakeholders and external partners.

In order to keep us safe, controls, governance and risk management experience will also be essential.

To be successful you must have worked within a regulated environment and if you can bring knowledge of Agile project methodology, that would be the icing on the cake!

Salary: GBP36,500 - GBP55,500 per annum (dependent on experience) and an excellent range of benefits

Location: Gosforth or Edinburgh. Please note - travel to our other sites will be expected.
