About the role

As a growing business we are now looking for Trainee Sales Executives to work within our Lookers Ford Dealership in Sunderland.

Love to learn and share your knowledge? Have an insatiable desire to produce results? This is a role that combines both your brilliant people skills with your enthusiasm about cars and people. We're keen to meet people like you with experience from all walks of life and with a range of different life experiences gained in anything from retail, hospitality to telephone based sales??? you don't need to have any experience in the motor industry, what matters most is your ability to connect with people demonstrating passion, honesty and enthusiasm and a desire to surpass their expectations

Although motor industry experience isn't essential for this role, you will need a desire to learn and work in a competitive environment and preferably be a bit of a car nut! We need you to be a real people person who finds it easy to explain our products benefits and to match them with our customers' needs. You need to have the drive to meet and exceed sales and customer service objectives. You will also need to have a full driving licence.

In return we will provide you with a basic salary of GBP17,000 for the first 6 months whilst you are undergoing our industry leading Trainee Sales Programme which has a mixture of on the job and classroom based training. At the end of the 6 month period you will be a fully trained Sales Executive and move on to our fantastic sales salary structure with uncapped commission and opportunities for career progression.
