Working as part of a dynamic, experienced and supportive team to advise a spectrum of clients from high profile listed public companies to some of the most exciting start-up/high growth companies on a wide range of corporate related matters. About you Your role will include the following: • Mergers and acquisitions • Private equity and venture capital investments, management buy-outs • reorganisations and joint ventures • Deal and project management • Corporate governance, shareholder matters, regulatory and advisory work • Commercial contracts, including high value strategic arrangements • Providing efficient professional support for partners • Developing professional relationships with clients • Supporting the wider team in developing business and raising profile of the firm • Involvement in marketing events • Managing/supervising the work of others including junior lawyers and trainees About us CMS is an international organisation with market leading businesses throughout Europe, The Middle East, Asia and beyond.
