Plant Engineer

Interim Plant Engineer job in Bristol, GBP20 - GBP30 per hour, 3 month interim contract

Hays Manufacturing are pleased to be assisting a manufacturing organisation in Avonmouth in the recruitment of a Interim Plant Engineer for a period of 3 months.

Your new role

You will manage the implementation of changes to existing equipment, co-ordinate calibration and trip and alarm testing activities along with carrying out equipment commissioning activities working with technicians and process engineers.

You will also support commissioning of utilities and process equipment including diagnosing and rectifying instrument plant faults and identify maintenance schedules and spares strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a strong track record as a plant engineer, experience of working within a GMP (good manufacturing practice) environment, experience of using SAP plant maintenance and purchasing modules with the ability to raise SAP work orders and purchase requisitions.

This role is being offered with a quick start so you will ideally be available at short notice.

What you'll get in return

This role is being offered with the hourly rate between GBP20 and GBP30 on a 3 month interim contract.
