Closing Date: Extended to 7th May 2018 Starting salary: GBP33,316 - GBP34,721 pa Job Profile The role of Research and Information Coordinator (RIC) is a unique one within the sector and has been developed to meet the growing needs of the Major Gifts and Philanthropy (MGP) team. You will work across the team which consists of Major Donors, Trusts and Foundations and Corporate Partnership units. You will be instrumental in helping the team to identify ambitious programmes to fundraise against and share key donor trends to enable us to achieve an income forecast of GBP3.4m in 2018/19, rising to GBP6m in 2020/21. You will achieve this by: Researching and evaluating information on donors and prospective donors with a particular focus on high value supporters Collating and analysing donor trends and reports Gathering programme information, writing proposals and donor reports, updating CAFOD's Case for Support and other special appeal materials, and developing a library of high value proposals. This post sits in the Major Gifts and Philanthropy Section, part of the newly formed Fundraising and Participation Group. You will work in partnership with the International Development Group, Data Insight and Finance as appropriate. You will report to the Head of Major Gifts and Philanthropy and work closely with the Major Donor Manager.
