Do you want to make a difference to the lives of millions across the globe?

Are you ready for a game-changing career move?

If so then read on. Our client, a global $75 bn FMCG business, is undergoing a major global transformation and with that comes the need for a new approach to learning, leadership and development.

It's a significant shift for its consumers and a massive shift for its 80,000 employees around the world; this is where you come in.

We are looking for a limited number of the brightest and best individuals in the Learning and Development Project Management and Supplier Management space to be part of this global transformation. Being very candid, opportunities like this, which will have such an impact on society are rare. If you want to play a key role in the transformation of the sector and improve society for the better, then this could be the career opportunity you've been waiting for.

Strengthening their capability in Learning, Development and Leadership, from design through to delivery is essential if they are to drive through and deliver the strategic transformation.

They are embarking upon a major change programme so we're looking for a strong project manager to work with the team as it develops. This is pretty much a greenfield opportunity and you will bring highly relevant experience of defining, planning and managing all aspects of large scale global change programmes with a specific lens on large scale Learning and Development

Starting with a clear understanding of the organisation's transformation agenda you'll work with senior stakeholders across the business to forecast organisational demand and future changing requirements. You'll be an expert in defining project scope and deliverables and developing project plans. You'll have a track record in activity planning, sequencing and time estimating and subsequent development and management of those project plans. You'll manage significant international budgets.

You'll understand the importance of establishing appropriate governance processes and ensuring they are understood and followed with appropriate stakeholders engaged at the right time.

You'll provide statistical analysis, reporting findings, identifying enhancements, and streamlining processes as multiple projects gain momentum.

Whilst sector experience is not critical, working with scale is, so the most relevant candidates will have experience of managing large-scale projects, possibly with complex global businesses in the FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Tech sectors.

From a personal perspective, we're looking for the best. Successful candidates will be proactive, positive, impactful individuals with intellectual rigour and first-class project management capability.

If this sounds like you and you want to move to an organisation where you can be part of building something very special, then we're keen to hear from you.
