Internal Sales Manager - IT Sales

An energetic and driven Internal Sales Manager is required to head up a team of sales executives whose primary task is to recruit new reseller / dealer partners for a leading hardware vendor based in Surrey.
SALARY: GBP30,000-GBP35,000

JOB SPECIFICATION: Internal Sales Manager - IT Sales
We are looking for a high energy, dynamic and excellent people manager to manage a team of internal sales executives.

??Gaining new reseller / dealer partners
??Assigning each sales team member to a designated territory
??Mentoring, motivating and leading a sales team to success
??Developing existing relationships with reseller/ dealer partners
??Achieving set KPIs and sales targets

REQUIREMENTS: Internal Sales Manager - IT Sales
You will be an already experienced Internal Sales Manager with practise ideally within the IT Sales market (Vendor, Distributor or Reseller).

You will have excellent leadership skills and a proven sales success background.

Additionally, you will have the following skills and experiences: -

??Excellent communication skills
??Strong commercial acumen
??Proven multi-tasker and self-starter
