Finance Officer – Purchase Ledger
Our client requires a Finance Officer – Purchase Ledger within the Operational Finance Team. The role includes processing purchase ledger invoices, completing weekly payment runs, and ad hoc payments, posting cashbook transactions and balancing ledger reconciliations. You will be required to deal with both internal and external customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Finance Officer – Rents
Our client requires a Finance Officer – Rents within the Operational Finance Team. The role includes processing all rental income received, rent refunds and adjustments onto rent accounts, balancing and clearing suspense accounts and reconciling to the cashbook on a weekly basis. You will be required to deal with both internal and external customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Finance Officer – Service Charges
Our client requires a Finance Officer – Service Charges and Rent Reviews to work within the Operational Finance Team. The role includes setting individual scheme service charge budgets and reviewing and monitoring expenditure within a yearly time plan. You will also be responsible for maintaining our in-house service charge system (Ensemble) and will contribute to the annual rent and service charge review process. You will be required to deal with both internal and external customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.
You will need to be a confident user of IT systems, have experience of using Microsoft Office and Excel. Being able to work as a team player within a busy finance team, managing your time effectively and striving for continuous improvement is essential in this role.
